Usagi Wallet is a personal finance tracking and cash-flow planning tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for decisions made using the app. Forecasts are estimates based on your inputs and are not guarantees.

Accounts

You may use the app as a guest or sign in through supported providers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
